Things I like about weekends...

That Friday Feeling (now I dont work shifts!)
Lie-ins with my husband
The Guardian On Saturday
Friends on telly at a reasonable hour
Making bread
Jonathan Ross on Radio 2
The Guardian TV paper
Getting our vegetables delivered
Going to the co-op
Baking
Getting dressed up and going out on a saturday night
Going to church (yes, really!)
Seeing Friends
Eating whatever Tom has made at church

Things I hate about weekends:
Saturday afternoon TV
Sunday bedtime

I think saturday afternoon TV is poor because it's assumed we have better things to do with our precious weekends than to waste them watching the box. I'm not one of those people but I'm sure most people have saturday afternoon activities to save them from carry on films. I wish I made bread. It's supposed to be really quite simple but I'll stick to basic sponges for now!

My most favouritest thing about the weekend is football. Playing it and watching it. Very male of me but I was asked today if I was sending any valentines to any men this year! I'm desperately trying to reclaim my masculinity.

Alright I'm going to have to explain myself now. The girl who made such an absurd statement has just been trying to set me up with some of her FEMALE friends. I haven't seemed that interested for reasons which it'll be more polite that I don't say. Needless to say she was wondering how such an example of the male form could be single!

Bender it is then!

Things I like about weekends: Lying in
Football (haven't freaking played for about 2 months though. I feel like I'm gonna die)

lying in football? that some kind of kinky metaphor?

Tim O, I have lots of very eligble friends (both male and female) that I could matchmake you with, was pondering on this very thing the other day in fact but my husband thinks I'm meddling.

Matchmake, Jodes, matchmake. I am having no success.

He makes a lovely sponge - for a straight man.

Swansea is a desolate landscape for good women. Well thats a lie but all the good ones are gone so if you want to hook me up then go for it!

Personally I think he's too fussy. You've got to kiss a few frogs, Tim.

Whoops, time for Neighbours.

funny or clever?
posh or arty?
Labour or conservative?
Male or female?
Long hair or short?
dark or fair?
boho or smart?
needy or distant?

I think ben has dibs but I'm willing to take bribes...

Ok I'll do my best with your questions but I don't think I'm fussy like Liz portrays. If fussy is wanting someone remotely normal and not a frog then ok, I'm fussy!

Short or tall? Not short, I'm 6ft 1 so people would just laugh if she was too short!

looks or personality? both please! Obviously got to be attracted to the lucky lady but personality is tops

funny or clever? definately not thick. Stupid people wind me up but I'm a funny guy and so they'd have to be able to laugh.

posh or arty? ooo not sure, not fussy there.

Labour or conservative? Niether, politics bore me

Male or female? stop being silly jodie. I'M NOT GAY

Long hair or short? I realised recently I'm a fan of shorter hair but not really short like a boy. I'M NOT GAY. Not actually too fussy on hair though.

dark or fair? I'm not racist, doesn't matter.

boho or smart? I wouldn't go for a tramp so some personal respect in how they look is good.

needy or distant? neither. Needy really means pyscho hard work but I'd want a relationship with them. who wants a distant girl?

quiet or loud? ummm... somewhere in the middle. Probably not loud.

As for your sister, if Ben likes her then I might not. Ben told me he goes for Short, fat girls with bushy eyebrows. I'm sure your sister is well hot but I can't stand bushy eyebrows!

Ok Jodie, go find me a lady!

You forgot to mention that gingers are out!!

And he's lying about his height: he's only 5'3".

Gingers aren't out but I think they'd have to be very hot coz the prospect of ginger kids might be too much!

Did anyone else know that liz is actually 4'6" but it's just that she has special shoes?
