Celebrate fairtrade fortnight with a yummy treat!
Here is a recipie for yummy praline:
a packet of digestive biscuits (about 400g) mashed up.
200g butter (melted)
3 tbsp syrup
3tbsp fair trade sugar
3 tbsp fair trade cocoa powder
Mix all of this together and press it into a tin. put in the fridge to set.
once its set, chop up 3 fairtrade bananas and lay them over the base, then melt a bar of fairtrade chocolate and drizzle it all over. put it back in the fridge until set then invite friends over and eat (or eat by yourself!)

Jodie, saw this and thought of you.
Are you living an organic life? Then we want to hear from you. We need your real life stories on why you decided to switch to organic food, clothing or cosmetics.
Perhaps it is just because you think organic food tastes better, or that it is better for the environment and animal welfare. It might be for health reasons or for the sake of your children. Whatever the reason may be write in and let us know.

Whats up with day time tv? I know its been a while since I was at home in the day, but i've seen 3 articles on programmes so far today about eco-friendly or fairtrade products! maybe everyone has been reading my blog!
